Mark is a native Irish, and has over 20 years of experience recruiting for the real estate market in CEE. During this time, Mark has developed many close relationships with commercial real estate companies and individuals across the CEE region.
Magdalena joined Tara HRC in April 2023 as Associate Director. Throughout her professional career, she has built and managed teams of retail real estate professionals is such Companies as Estee Lauder, and Sierra Balmain.
Since joining Tara HRC in July 2025 as an Associate, Martin has drawn on his background as a civil and structural engineer and more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate across the UK and CEE region. His deep market insight and established professional network make him a trusted partner to real estate developers, managers, consultants, and investors alike.
Franek joined the Tara HRC team in September 2019 as an Associate. Specialising in building strong business relationships, he is an excellent communicator with a solid experience in recruitment, management and sales, both in the residential and commercial real estate market.
