Tara HRC real estate recruitment in Warsaw currently has an exciting opportunity in the real estate construction sector with one of its clients for a “Sales Engineer” for a leading company based in Poland CEE.
Reports To: Head Of Commercial
The Sales engineer will be responsible to develop sales in their region. This role is a combination of standard engineering activities and effective management of sales and pre sales presentations.
Effectively present and sell the products advantage to end users,
Identify and develop a plan to convert strategic end users,
Responsibility of the sales, market share and profit of your overall geographical location and its subsequent growth to meet company targets,
Working closely with the line manager and colleagues to ensure product promotions, demonstrations and work plans are in line with business objectives,
Analysis of requests received for technical and sales.
Bachelor’s, Master’s or M.S. in Engineering,
Proficiency in business English (must be able to read documentation, exchange e-mails),
Strong Communication Skills,
Experience in building materials industry,
Category B driving license.
