Honest feedback from a process is so essential, without it candidates will not know where they can improve during their next interview. It is well documented that many recruitment consultants are either not bothered, or too afraid to provide candidates with constructive feedback following a process. At Tara HRC, all our consultants are instructed to update candidates with this essential feedback post process. It may not always be pretty but we feel we have done the candidate an honest service in delivering that information to aid them in their continuous improvement.
One of the biggest complaints candidates have is that recruiters send their CV to companies without the candidate’s knowledge. We know why this happens, and aside from this practice being completely illegal (data protection) it’s also highly unethical, but sadly it stills goes on. At Tara HRC, we understand the sensitivity of situations and the importance of confidentiality, people prefer to search for new opportunities in a quiet manner, especially if they are currently employed. We treat every relationship with the same confidentiality as a Doctor would with his Patient. We take this very seriously indeed.
