Office Space Commercialization Manager

Key responsibilities:
commercialization of office and retail space (A/B class office building);
active search for tenants for the new office building;
presentation of office space to potential tenants;
providing the Customers with advice and selecting properties and solutions to meet their individual needs;
autonomous preparation of offers and negotiation of terms of lease;
negotiation of contracts with intermediaries;
building long-term relationships with Customers;
undertaking and conducting marketing activities aimed at finding new Customers;
preparation of marketing materials;
performance of activities necessary for proper performance of contracts;
ongoing analysis of the market.

Our expectations of the candidates:
very good knowledge of the office real estate market in Warsaw;
documented min. 2-year experience in commercialization of A and B class office space in Warsaw;
experience in negotiations confirmed by achievements in this area and effectively concluded lease contracts;
ability to conduct commercial negotiations and experience in B2B contacts;
practical knowledge in the field of commercialization and knowledge of the applicable laws and regulations;
experience in cooperation with the largest real estate lease agencies and other intermediaries;
effective organization of one’s own work;
ability to work with a high degree of autonomy;
focus on achieving success;
very good knowledge of English;
