CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER – EASTERN EUROPE


Location: Budapest

Salary: Negotiable

Reports To: General Manager


OVERVIEW:

The global premier Professional and Consumer Goods organisation, is looking for a Customer Service Manager for the Eastern Europe region. Reporting to both the Eastern Europe Controller and General Manager, this is a leadership role that focuses on operational excellence.

As the leader of the Customer Service of EE, Candidate will be responsible for delivering optimum service level to Customers and strong support to the Sales teams. An essential part of this role is to improve current processes and develop new ones to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are defined and met. Candidate will also be a key business partner to the EE General Manager in business development for new Customers and channels.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Developing and managing a team of about 10
Implementing and improving processes, ensuring effective order entry and Customer Service.
Defining, measuring and reporting KPI targeted to improve Service levels
First line support for Customer enquiries
Supporting Sales teams and assisting them on Commercial issues (claims, returns, etc.) and business development (new customers, new contracts, etc.)
Pro-active in identifying commercial opportunities and generating sales
Liaising with EMEA Central Distribution Centre in Germany for all orders and shipments
Liaise with EMEA Central Supply Chain for all kitting and special packaging requirements
Supporting Finance in maintaining and controlling pricing, promotions, and margin controls
Ensuring audit trail and escalation of issues according to company policies
Supporting Marketing team in all POS and Marketing materials purchases
Rolling out SAP across the region with the support of the Finance and Central team


EXPERIENCE/SKILL SET REQUIRED

Prior CS management experience in a mid-size company, preferably in the Professional and Consumer Goods industry
Proven record of managing and developing a team and KPI’s successfully.
Experience and knowledge of SAP
Fluent in English, Polish and Russian speakers preferred
Detail orientated, numerically strong and problem solving skills
Desire to drive change and add value both from an operational and financial perspective
